The following terms and conditions apply to the 30-day money back guarantee.

1. The guarantee is limited to ESILAW and ESI software applications. It does not cover any third party products or service including, but not limited to third party software and cheques. Third party product guarantees and return policies are subject to policies set by the respective vendors.
2. New customers who require a partial or complete software data conversion to migrate data from their existing software to ESILAW are not eligible for the guarantee due to labor costs associated with a data conversion. As such, all payment for software and conversion fees are non-refundable.
3. Shipping costs and transaction processing fees are non-refundable.
4. If the software has been shipped all original CDs, DVDs, and related materials must be return prior to ESI issuing a refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply to shipped orders.
